This is usually between 6 sessions and 24 sessions. It is solution focused.
You and I decide what it is that you wish to work on and then we look at how you can achieve your goal.
We will explore your situation, how you think and how you act. We will explore what may be contributing to you finding it difficult to achieve your aims.
Tasks undertaken between sessions will enable you to gain a better understanding of your situation and help you experience new ways of being, to help to work towards your goals.
